With 36-years experience in real estate sales and mortgages, John Smoley is the President and owner of MortgageOne Financial Services established in Central Flroida in 1996. He graduated with a Business Degree in Real Estate and Management from Clarion State College in Pennsylvania.
John is an upstanding member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Association of Mortgage Brokers and Affiliate member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors. He won the Osceola County Association of Realtors Affiliate Member and Affiliate Office of the Year four times, the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce’s 2004 Small Business of the Year and Osceola Community Action’s 2004 Community Action Service Award. John has consistently provided outstanding support, service, contributions and dedication to many, many homeowners, organizations and the community throughout Osceola County.
